Here at Donna's Hair Studio we understand that life happens!

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us right away.

APPOINTMENTS

  • Please arrive a few minutes early.

  • Text message confirmations are sent the day before the scheduled appointment.  Please ensure you respond accordingly in a timely manner.

  • Going forward we will also attempt one reminder phone call the day before your scheduled appointment.  At this time, please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • We understand that running late is sometimes unavoidable.  However, depending on our stylists' schedules, we may have to shorten or reschedule your service.

  • Arrivals up to 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time may still be serviced at a modified capacity. For example, a haircut and blow-dry may only have time for a haircut. 

  • Arrivals beyond 15 minutes late will be subject to reschedule. 

CANCELLATIONS

  • We have reserved a time especially for you. Appointments up to 1 hour require 24-hour notice for canceling/rescheduling.  Appointments exceeding 2 hours require 48-hour notice for canceling/rescheduling. 

  • If less notice is given, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the full scheduled appointment. 

  •  A missed appointment with no notice will be considered a "no show" and may incur an additional fee while booking future appointments. 

PRICING & MONETARY INFORMATION

  • Although we make every effort to keep our pricing menu updated on all platforms, we are human.  Please note that pricing is subject to change at any time.

  • Pricing does vary depending on time, product used, hair length, etc.  Complimentary consultations may be scheduled ahead of your appointment to obtain an accurate quote. 

  • We accept all major credit cards (will include a 3% service fee), debit cards (no service fee), Donna's Hair Studio gift cards, cash & personal checks. 

  • $25 fee for returned checks 

KIDS & PETS 

  • We love them, we have our own! 

  • Kids of all ages are welcome however all minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • We ask that all kids remain seated for the safety of themselves and others while not being serviced.

  • Please let us know at the time of scheduling your child's age so that we can pair them with the stylist that best fits their needs. 

  • All kids are welcome to play with our blocks, Play-Doh, bubbles, coloring books, fidget toys or even pick out a movie or show on the big TV.  

  • Well behaved, leashed furry friends are always welcome to come in for short visits!

SPECIAL REQUESTS

  • Please alert us at the time of scheduling of any special requests such as:
